CHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days since the reception of the order to make any return or exchange of the product. The product must be in perfect conditions, not being manipulated and in its original packaging. Apart from manufacturing defects, the cost of the return and possible new shipping cost, will have to be covered by the client. You can check the shipping costs in the “shipping and delivery” section.
To process an exchange or return, you will have to write us to info@miaria.com indicating:
- Rason for return.
- Order number and reference of the product to return or exchange.
- If you want us to refund you the value in the same way that you made the payment, if you prefer a voucher to redeem in your next order, or if you want to change the product for another one of the same costs.
Please, do not send us the products before your claim has been accepted as in this case, Miaria will not be able to ensure you that we will be able to acknowledge it.
In case the delivery address is different from the one of the first order, the shipping cost may vary depending on the geographical area and the difference must be paid before shipping.
What if the product has a defect?Before the package leaves our warehouse, we will make sure to check the product to the millimeter so it should not have any defects. However, we encourage you to check the articles as soon as you receive them without pulling off the security tag. In case you find an imperfection, please let us know as soon as possible within the next two days after you have received it at info@miaria.com.
In your message, attach a picture of the defect so we can evaluate it. In case the package appears tampered with or beaten, please, leave record to the courier company too.
Once we have received the complaint form, we will review the request and will give you an answer as soon as possible. Please, do not send us the products before your claim has been accepted as in this case, we will not be able to ensure you that we will be able to acknowledge it.
If your request is accepted, we will ask you to get your product ready and will send the courier company to do the pick-up. It is indispensable that the products are in perfect conditions with the original package. Otherwise, Miaria reserves the right to reject the return.
Once we have received the product, we will proceed to send you a new one. In case there is not stock available, we can provide you with a voucher for the same amount (the shipping cost are not refundable), or we can refund you the value in the same way that you made the payment:
- If the payment was done by credit or debit card, the refund will be done within 48-72 hours.
- In case the payment was done by bank transfer, we will request you the account number and we will proceed with the refund. Be aware that it could take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account.
