Can I return my order?
You have 14 days since the reception of the order to make any return or exchange of the product. The product must be in perfect conditions, not being manipulated and in its original packaging. Apart from manufacturing defects, the cost of the return and possible new shipping cost, will have to be covered by the client. You can check the shipping costs in the “shipping and delivery” section.
To process an exchange or return, you will have to write us to info@miaria.com indicating:
- Rason for return.
- Order number and reference of the product to return or exchange.
- If you want us to refund you the value in the same way that you made the payment, if you prefer a voucher to redeem in your next order, or if you want to change the product for another one of the same costs.
Please, do not send us the products before your claim has been accepted as in this case, Miaria will not be able to ensure you that we will be able to acknowledge it.
In case the delivery address is different from the one of the first order, the shipping cost may vary depending on the geographical area and the difference must be paid before shipping.
What if the product has a defect?Before the package leaves our warehouse, we will make sure to check the product to the millimeter so it should not have any defects. However, we encourage you to check the articles as soon as you receive them without pulling off the security tag. In case you find an imperfection, please let us know as soon as possible within the next two days after you have received it at info@miaria.com.
In your message, attach a picture of the defect so we can evaluate it. In case the package appears tampered with or beaten, please, leave record to the courier company too.
Once we have received the complaint form, we will review the request and will give you an answer as soon as possible. Please, do not send us the products before your claim has been accepted as in this case, we will not be able to ensure you that we will be able to acknowledge it.
If your request is accepted, we will ask you to get your product ready and will send the courier company to do the pick-up. It is indispensable that the products are in perfect conditions with the original package. Otherwise, Miaria reserves the right to reject the return.
Once we have received the product, we will proceed to send you a new one. In case there is not stock available, we can provide you with a voucher for the same amount (the shipping cost are not refundable), or we can refund you the value in the same way that you made the payment:
- If the payment was done by credit or debit card, the refund will be done within 48-72 hours.
- In case the payment was done by bank transfer, we will request you the account number and we will proceed with the refund. Be aware that it could take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account.

Is it safe to pay with my card?

For what reason can be rejected my card?
Usually, when a card is rejected it may be because one of those reasons:
- Any enter data may be incorrect.
- The card may be expired.
- The limit of the card may have been reached.
- The shopping online function may not be active.

If I want to make the payment by bank transfer, what steps should I follow?

It is very important that you make sure to pay all the possible costs and expenses that could incurred when making the bank transfer. If this is not the case, we will not be able send you the order until it is fully payed.
Can I ask for an invoice to my company name?
If you have placed an order under your name but you need the invoice to your company name, you will need to send us the details as soon as possible. The easiest way if for you to write them in the comment section before closing your order. However, in case you forget about it, you can send us an email to: pedidos@miaria.com. Once the invoice is generated, we will not be able to change the name so, please, contact us as soon as possible.
How much is the shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my order?
As soon as we receive you order, at Miaria we will get to work on it so we can have it ready as soon as possible. In 24-48 business hours we will have it ready for shipment.

Delivery times are approximate to the capitals of these countries. If you live in a remote zone, it could take a bit longer. Moreover, the delivery times could be altered by exceptional circumstances related with the shipping company, customs, bank holidays, or the measures that are currently taken due to COVID-19, among other causes.

Can I modify my order? What if I have made a mistake with the address?
Once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to make any change in it. Therefore, if you want to make an any adjustment, let us know as soon as possible.
The same happens with the delivery address. If you package is out for delivery, we will not be able to change the address. We will only be able to make changes if you let us know before we send it.
In case the package has been send, if you want to make any change in the delivery address, we will have to handle it as a new shipment. Because of this, you will need to pay the associated expenses that will be generated.
If they return my package, what should I do?
Do not worry, both the courier and us will do everything possible to contact you and secure a delivery date.
If your package is returned after trying to deliver it, if you want us to send it again, you will need to cover the costs of the new shipping.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
The possible customs fees are charged at destination; therefore, you will need to pay them when the package arrives. Those costs will always have to be covered by the client and Miaria will never be responsible of them.
As we do not have control over those extraordinary fees, and in each place, they work differently, we will not be able to anticipate their cost. However, if you contact your customs office, they will be able to help you. In case you still have any problem, please let us know and we will do our best to get the information you may need.
I think the package has been tampered with
If you think the package could have been tampered with or it has been beaten, leave record with the courier company when you receive it. Before opening it, take pictures where the problem can be seen and let us know in the next 24 hours so we can find a solution as soon as possible.
